Decent asphalt with occasional damage and washouts from the river (which only carries a lot of water after it rains and then partially floods and destroys the road). Plateau with few meters of altitude. Heading north, continue left (northwest) on the RN12 to "Tizi n"Tirherhouzine, right (east) to Assoul and Er-Rich to another continuously asphalted (harmless) Transatlas road. The RP7103 is also well asphalted ( at least what you can see from the RN12, I didn't drive it).
