The name of course already gives something away, this restaurant guides people with psychological vulnerability to return to the labor market and is named after the famous psychologist Sigmund Freud. Every season the chefs put together a new menu with dishes that they can prepare together with the participants. 'It's wonderful to see how some people completely blossom. They are given responsibility, which means they learn a lot. And the food is also very tasty.'
