    Mountain biking

This trail was a bit of a disappointment on a mountain bike. I think it would be better for hiking. If you take it up from the direction of Olot it is a bike carry. If you take it down from the other direction is so steep that you are either walking or going down worried you are going to go over the handlebars. The trail follows the ridge which means if you are not going down you are going up, so very hard to get any real fun flow going.
