1920
From the Prussian Hegemeister (forest officer)
Heinrich Paul planned on the “Pfannenstall” parcel as a guesthouse for holiday guests.
1923 - 1925 “Steigerhaus”
The house was purchased by the mining company at Ahlberg and completed as a home for the Steiger (mining supervisory officer) (see also Station 3 “Mining at Ahlberg”).
"Schweitzer-Villa" - poultry and fur farm
The new owner plans to breed silver foxes and is said to have tried to do so in an experiment
From 1938 to 1949, the local Schweitzer family of entrepreneurs lived in the villa as a rent.
1959-1972 “Forest House”
Large foster home for up to 15 children under 12 years.
1973-1981
The new owner is a social scientist from Wuppertal who uses this place for inspiration and creative encounters. The former stables are now home to an adult education center.
