The Stephanopeler valley connects Hemer Sundwig with Garbeck and Balve. It can be from Sundwig to Heppingsen with very little slope beautiful and meanders through the beautiful valley. From Heider Mühle there are two crisp, but short climbs up to Schultenhof, which is great for a little breather. There are all the animals that belong to a farm, as well as coffee and cake and a beautiful view. From there to Garbeck down you will be rewarded with a great winding downhill route.
