Despite its somewhat historic appearance, the bridge was constructed from 2015 to 2017, providing two car lanes, a bike line and a pedestrian walkway in each direction. Unfortunately for cyclists the access is only via stairs or an elevator. The ramp is off limits for bikes and for car use only.
