The regional forest of Mount Resegone is made up of the mountain itself - the majestic Resegone, known for its unmistakable sawtooth profile - and the Costa del Palio, one of the largest pastures in the Lecco area. The fauna, rich in roe deer, chamois, rock partridges, black grouse and hares, testifies to the biodiversity of the area, occasionally visited by the eagle. ERSAF has enhanced this heritage with itineraries such as the Dorsale Orobica Lecchese and the Resegone Ring, which reveal ancient forest traditions, lead mines and local history.
