Located a little south of Gaoqiao Old Town is Gaoqiao New Town, or Holland Town.

It is a dutch theme inspired new development. In fact it was Dutch architectural firms Kuiper Compagnons and Atelier Dutch that jointly produced the design for the town's initial development, but it was then continued by Chinese designers. It is mainly one street with buildings that are inspired by old dutch architecture, and it even has a windmill.
