Hill Castles Scar is a limestone crag in Wharfedale. From Conistone, you ascend via the atmospheric dry valley of Conistone Dib. There is a superb limestone pavement at the top of the crag as well as a ruined lime kiln. You experience some nice views from this spot, as with nearby Swineber Scar.
