Kugelmugel is an 8-meter-diameter sphere house set in the Wiener Wurstelprater on a small piece of land fenced off with barbed wire, created by artist Edwin Lipburger and moved here in 1982, after having erected it in Lower Austria 11 years earlier without official consent
