It is a gigantic 8850m high.
You can't get there by car. As a normal hiker you have to walk at least 1 week to Everest in Gorak Shep. there is only half oxygen there. If you have 70% oxygen, it's great up there, at 200 m above sea level you would definitely have to go to the hospital with this oxygen level. At 5545m, if you have below 50% oxygen, you should go down.
