This is the access road and entrance to the main route up Cerro Tres Kanu. The road to the entrance is rough and at the top end of the capability of a two wheel drive vehicle. We lost the front sill on the way in. If you have or can hire a 4x4 vehicle then it would be of benefit. To enter the campsite itself you have to pay 3,800 guaranís. There is parking camping and some basic facilities there. I was just going up and down the hill so didn't pay much attention to facilities.
