The Brodhaus Einbeck is one of the oldest restaurants in Lower Saxony serving regional, fresh cuisine. It is located directly on the market square in Einbeck and is the only surviving guild house in the city.

The Brodhaus was rebuilt in 1552 after the town fire and was the headquarters of the Einbeck Bakers' Guild as well as an inn. In 1801 the Brodhaus was sold to an innkeeper and has been a "normal" restaurant ever since. Today, Einbeck beer can be enjoyed on tap in the famous brewery restaurant of the same name.

Nowadays the Brodhaus offers lively and varied gastronomy under historic gables. During a visit, guests have the opportunity to enjoy delicious food and a selection of fresh beer specialties from the Einbeck brewery. During a beer tasting they are offered five different types of Einberker.
