The Evangelical Church of St. Johannis is a listed church building that is located in the Aufkirchen part of the Gerolfingen municipality in the Ansbach district (Middle Franconia, Bavaria). The building is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments under monument number D-5-71-154-12. The parish belongs to the Wassertrüdingen deanery in the Ansbach-Würzburg parish of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria.

The oldest parts of the church, which was planned as a basilica, of which only the central nave and the southern aisle were made of ashlar masonry, date from the 14th century. The choir in the east, which has a 5/8 ending, is aligned with the north wall of the central nave. Two plastered, octagonal floors made of wooden framework were later added to the church tower made of ashlar masonry, built in 1513/14, in the angle of the choir and aisle; the lower one houses the tower clock, the upper one the belfry. The tower is covered with a baroque onion dome. The central nave, covered with a gable roof, has dormers, the side aisle, covered with a pitched roof, has gable dormers. Both the interior of the central nave and that of the side aisle, which is separated by pointed arched arcades, are covered with flat ceilings. The altar, built in the middle of the 17th century, comes from the castle church of Oettingen Castle.
