Every year at Himmelfahrt the wedding market takes place in Jauernick-Buschbach. When the weather is good you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Jizera and Giant Mountains as well as the Zittau Mountains. The Black Mountain in the village has a height of 394 m above sea level.
