Road cycling
Small, but fine climbing from the Heilenbecker valley up to Rueggeberg. Even slope, you can drive with good rhythm. Also a good connection over the hill into the Ennepetal. But then best on the Hesterberger road down to Burg and not the Peddenoeder road down (very steep and very bad asphalt).
