The Qasim Bey Caravanserai, also known as the Two-Storied Caravanserai, is a historical monument from the 15th century in the Old City of Baku, Azerbaijan. The building is registered as a national architectural monument. It was built by Shirvan Khalilullah I and was used by Qasim Bey and his followers. The design of the caravanserai is in the Shirvan-Absheron architectural style.

The caravanserai has an octagonal courtyard surrounded by balconies with several rooms. The entrances to the building are decorated with portals and deep niches. The rooms at the corners are topped with small domes. The building also displays defensive features, such as corner towers. Today, the building is used as a club.
