Kornelimünster lies in the Inde valley and is Aachen's most picturesque district. The historic town center with its medieval provost church of St. Kornelius in the center has been almost completely preserved to this day. Kornelimünster is also an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions in the surrounding area.
