In the middle of the town of Simbach rises the almost 50 meter high tower of the parish church of St. Marien.
The patronage is celebrated on the feast of the Immaculate Conception (December 8th).
The parish Simbach a. Inn. Simbach was previously part of the Kirchberg parish.
In 1858 Simbach was raised to a parish.
In 1864 the Simbach parish church was consecrated and built in a neo-Gothic style.
In 1956 the room underwent a fundamental renovation into a simple hall church.

Hiking
