Brick construction, rhythmized by pilasters, on a rectangular plan with semi-circular closure under a slightly overhanging gable roof at the front (ridge parallel to the street, artificial slates). Gable with round arch door; also round-arched windows.

Interior with largely renovated brickwork, plastered and painted barrel vault.

This chapel was built around 1885 by Viktor Van Der Schraelen. He built this chapel in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes to beg for healing for his sick wife.

The chapel is located on a piece of municipal land at the junction of two roads. Viktor's great-grandchild takes care of the decorations every year in May. All this in honor of Our Lady and our all glory.
