The Sánchez Valenzuela Palace is a monumental building located in Baeza, Spain. It was built at the end of the 15th century by the Sánchez Valenzuela family. Throughout its history, it has had different uses: first as a family home, then given to a religious order and finally as a city casino. The façade of the palace is reminiscent of a fortress, with two towers on the sides. Inside, a courtyard with a gallery of double-height arches in the Gothic Renaissance style and an original side staircase from the 16th century are preserved. Additionally, in front of the casino door, there is a seated sculpture of the poet Antonio Machado, who lived in Baeza for seven years (1912-1919)1.
