A charming village of Ballyhooly with a heritage castle on the banks of the Blackwater river is a great place to set off exploring the ancient Castleblagh forest and the Nagles Mountains. Knocknaskagh is the high point at 424m and provides incredible views across the surrounding landscape of the Blackwater valley.
