Bike Touring Highlight
Without traffic lights from Beiertheim to the Rhine port or vice versa. Past many quiet and beautiful places and of course through the green lung of Karlsruhe, the Günther-Klotz-Anlage. If you need a rest, then the "cool pitcher" is recommended at this point, especially if the beer garden has opened. Playgrounds and meadows for romping for the little ones are also numerous and at the very end in the west is waiting for the sun.

A bike path that leads not only through the green lung of the fan city, but also past art at the building, street art in the form of graffiti and park benches carved from whole tree trunks, at small chapels and a weir and a barrier gate of the small, babbling river flanking the bike lane most of the time. You come to swimming pools and a free swimming pool in the Alb over, at a restaurant with a large beer garden and a lake with row boat rental. The whole thing is peppered with many meadows and areas to rest, what more do you want in a big city?

A path through the green lung of the fan city along a small river, past small, artificial lakes (one of them with rowboat rental, a well (art on construction, a small chapel, a weir and a swimming point.) There are many (lying) meadows , countless park benches, a pub with a large beer garden and bridges, which are sometimes attached to love locks, as on the Pont neuf in Paris, all without car traffic and largely without traffic lights What more could you ask for?

Possible east-west connection in Karlsruhe.
You can drive along the Alb without a break from the main train station to the Rheinhafen. The areas under the road bridges are covered with more or less artistic graffiti that can be seen from the bike path.
