A former fishing village with interesting history, since it was once Danish, Austrian and Prussian. Many winding streets, beautiful houses and a lot of steps - not really suitable for biking, but the bike drag is worthwhile :)

The Treppenviertel in Blanknese around the Süllberg, which is a popular tourist destination with its 74.7 meters, provides tranquility. Between the "Strandweg" and the street "Am Kiekeberg" there are many small winding streets, beautiful historic houses - and of course stairs, stairs, stairs that lead uphill and downhill.

The Treppenviertel is worth at least a stopover. Turn off the bike and go up there. For a break I can recommend the Ponton op'n Bulln - pontonopnbulln.de.

The new so-called underfire is just east of the Blankenese jetty. It grows to a good height of 30 meters and is located directly in front of the banks of the Elbe at the steps of the Strandweg.
