Climb either from the Bridge of Balgie or Loch Tay - from both sides it will be a road climb. It's a hard climb up to the dam, through the Ben Lawers Nature Reserve from the South, but you'll be rewarded with a cracking descent either way!

The dam of the loch provides energy for the national grid. The north end here has a small parking area to access the Munros to the north of Ben Lawers.
