Hoffnungsstollen Show Mine

The visitor mine has tunnels on 3 floors and can be visited freely.
Here you will be greeted very nicely and given a lot of information.

As of February 2022:
During the winter months, it is only open on weekends between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Admission costs €4, authorized €2.

Until 1835, magnetic gravel ore was mined from this pit in opencast mining. In 1937 the mine was abandoned due to insufficient ore deposits.
Since the year 2000, the "hope tunnel", the former magnetic gravel and nickel mine in the district of Mättle, has been open to visitors as a show mine.

the mine is open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. Admission 4 euros. There are a few old tunnels with some geological tables. An interesting little detour.
