    Hiking

    At an altitude of 2,357 feet (718 m), Greg’s Hut is the highest bothy in England. Located close to Cross Fell, the highest point in the Pennines, this free-to-use cottage is helpfully situated in a remote part of the hills that's prone to bad weather.

    There are basic facilities at the bothy and it makes for a good place for a lunch break or an overnight stop. For more information, visit gregshut.org.uk.

    Decent Bothy. Usually not as crowded as the Lakes counterparts! Feels pretty special! Last time I landed was in totally fuckin terrible weather on the gravel bike! The fire is a wonderful thing! Donate if you can¬!
