    "The forest cemetery Lilienstein recalls victims from a barracks camp, which was built and used in 1944 initially as internment and forced labor camp for prisoners of war at the foot of the Lilienstein.After the end of World War II, the camp was selected to house German expellees. Thousands of people were forced to leave their homes within a very short time, often with only the luggage they could carry. These were now outside the borders of Germany.
