An ice rink worth seeing. International competitions take place here once a year. But the hall was built for the Olympic Games. Some of the dormitories on the university campus were also built as an Olympic village. They are connected to each other underground, so that you don't have to go outside when there is ice and snow. The Olympic Oval became famous thanks to the film Cool Runnings. In the film, as in real life, the Jamaican bobsleigh team practiced pushing the bobsleigh on the ice.
