The trail is very steep at the beginning. Trail exercise is definitely required. Without knowledge of how to shift your ass to get down there is a mandatory requirement :-)

The trail then winds sideways along the mountain, is narrow and goes over some roots and stones. At the end you can still decide whether to go straight on the ridge to the climbing final, or if I turn right onto the chicken way. Both are fun. Definitive recommendation for those who enjoy something.
