Located on the banks of the River Taw along the Tarka Trail, Fremington Quay Cafe is a quaint place to re-fuel and take a pitstop. The cafe is built in an old station building and serves delicious cakes, full English breakfasts and hearty jacket potatoes.
Fremington Quay has an interesting history: In the early 1800s, the Quay was a bustling port used to transport goods around the UK. Today, you can learn about its industrial history at the Heritage Centre. The cafe is open from 9am - 5pm daily, with breakfast served until 11am.
