Road Cycling Highlight
Located on the banks of the River Taw along the Tarka Trail, Fremington Quay Cafe is a quaint place to re-fuel and take a pitstop. Built in an old station building, the owners Paul and Charlotte are waiting to serve you delicious cakes, full English breakfasts and hearty jacket potatoes. Fremington Quay has an interesting history: In the early 1800s, the Quay was a bustling port used to transport goods around the UK. Today, you can learn about its industrial history at the Heritage Centre. The cafe is open from 9am - 5pm daily, with breakfast served until 11am.
