The Église Saint-Lambert in Nismes is a beautiful example of neoclassical architecture. The building was designed by the Dutch architect Jean Kuypers and was built between 1829 and 1830. The church replaced an older church that had become too small.

The southern façade has a high pediment with pilasters and a chronogram showing the date 1829.
The interior contains beautiful paintings and an impressive altarpiece.
The church is located on the Eau Noire, opposite the park communal and the Licot castle.
