That seems to be an ancient path: very nicely situated and quite narrow to the south. Beautiful nature and views of the lake. Technically undemanding (one or the other possible descents in the direction of the hiking trail have requirements - here, of course, watch out for walkers!) I would recommend the direction north-> south. Starting point at the hut at the hiking car park, then a narrow path through the forest, then a relaxed uphill on a wide stretch of path.
