Little brother of the Eschbacher cliffs. Works like the Forester's Iron Hand. Definitely walk around it. Rather flat from the front, the back is dramatic.

One of my favorite places on the Taunus ridge. There is a nice place to sit. With a little caution you can climb the Altenstein without any aids, children have fun!
