This is a packhorse bridge, the origins of which are dated back to the 17th and 18th centuries, possibly even earlier. It features a single pointed arch. What's unusual about it is that it doesn't appear to have been altered since that time.

A hump backed packhorse bridge, built of lias stone and with remains of a pebble pathway. It is thought to be the 17th or 18th century in date, but it could be earlier.
