At the end of the Ohrweger community division in 1819, the Kienmoor was left undistributed for the lord's disposal due to poor soil quality.
Due to overexploitation, sand dunes emerged and spread. In 1836 the manorial chamber ordered the removal of 200 fodders of heath plaggen from the Fintlandsmoor by the Ohrweg householders and mutts.
Hausmann Witjen then had the Kienmoor assigned to him in order to create a “pine insemination”.
