Hiking
The Husum Town Hall stands on a listed slipway of the old Husum shipyard. It is an impressive building, designed by the architectural firm Patschan, Werner und Winking. The construction project started in 1987 at the inner harbor, and on September 21, 1989, the inauguration with the handover of keys and the move-in of the city administration took place. In October 1989, the town hall was awarded the BDA Prize (Association of German Architects) as an exemplary building.
