An interesting, pleasant hiking trail with a moderate gradient (except for the stairs at the exit at the end of the valley) leads through the rocky dry valley. The Felsental valley can easily be incorporated into hikes from Geislingen, including the Helfenstein ruins and the Himmelsfelsen rock.

Start is at the parking lot at the end of the Felsentalstraße. From there we go straight ahead
ter. Initially, the rocky valley is quite wide, but then narrows
visibly. On both sides rise mighty limestone cliffs, the
gave the nature reserve its name. At the narrowest point
Two metal stairs help to overcome the steep section. Shortly thereafter
forks the way. We follow the red fork, after
right. In steep hairpin bends we get past rocky needles
on the plateau (40 minutes from Eybach).
