Since July 2014, the stadium has not had a name and is therefore called Fortuna Sittard Stadium.

The arena consists of four covered seating tiers, which are closely adjacent to the playing field and separated from the grass by a moat. In total, the sports facility offers 12,500 seats for fans. There are 16 boxes and 1,060 business seats available. There are 800 seats available for away fans. The stadium has rooms for events such as conferences, celebrations, meetings, receptions or dinners. They carry, among other things: the names Mark van Bommel Zaal and Bert van Marwijk Zaal. There is a parking garage with 800 parking spaces under the stadium and two parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. A club museum was opened in the stadium in the summer of 2012.

In January 2017, a discounter Aldi Nord supermarket opened under one of the stands in the stadium. The idea of setting up a market had been around for years. In 2009, the supermarket chain Albert Heijn signed a contract and wanted to open a store by 2012. After disputes over financing that went to court, Albert Heijn built the supermarket near the stadium.
