Road cycling
Built in the 12th century at the behest of the Order of the Teutonic Knights when Bari was a place of passage for the Crusaders on their way to the Holy Land. Later in the fifteenth century it passed into the hands of the Order of Santa Chiara and the Poor Clare nuns who changed the name to Santa Chiara
