An old Roman Road which lends itself magnificently to fun on two wheels. Wide open, with fabulous views, before darting into woodland as it reaches the reservoir.

I rode this after a day and night of heavy rain, the trail is mostly rocky and had a lot of water running down its length. 700x40 Maxxis Rambler tubeless tyres handled the rocky stuff with ease, though line choice is key on a gravel bike (compared to an MTB). All rollable, never gets too steep or techi ... If you like a challenge this will put a smile on your face, and if not, the views certainly help
