Refreshing drinking water from the well house saved me from dying of thirst.
After the long hike up, even the dog took a sip.
There's even a bench there. It's a great place to take a break.

At this point, I'd like to quickly say something about the spring (where it's in keeping with the art of poetry if this 'spring' is a 'fountain'):
And specifically, I'd like to quote the incomparable humorist Heinz Erhardt (1909–1979), who was known to a wide audience for his wit and "Another Poem," with a short quatrain:
