You can no longer go into the dilapidated greenhouses (at the moment?).

But did you know that there used to be a real menagerie here? In the early 19th century, Sadi, an elephant lady, lived here. She mastered tricks like holding a broom with her trunk and sweeping the paths 😵💫
There were also 4 giraffes. Their keepers had to wear Egyptian clothing. In addition, kangaroos hopped around, a moose stomped on the green, there were emus and monkeys.
