The whole Kunzelmann family is up early. Jakob's mother Ilka has a lot of responsibility today: At the beginning of November 2021, she took over the chairmanship of the association from Rainer Schellenberger, who has been responsible for maintaining the baking tradition in the village since it was founded in 2009.
