The long reason is a (almost boring) forest road in the lower section, but a nice little single trail with a few narrow trees in the upper section.
Driving the extension (deviating from the marking shown here) is not worthwhile, because the upper end is completely swampy for at least 200 m and has not really been a passable path for years.
Maybe still feasible for adventurous hikers with very robust shoes, but not for MTB.
