The Naujažeris stone with signs is located in the town of Žasliai (the former village of Naujažeris), on the right side of the Žasliai–Kaišiadorys road. The stone is oblong, about 1.5 m long and 0.4–0.6 m wide, 0.25 m high. A Germanic cross is carved into the stone, the ends of which end in small crosses. At the bottom of the cross, a quadrangle is carved above the circle. The stone is protected by the state.

It is said that this is a tombstone of the first Christian graves. It is believed that this stone may be a fragment of a nobleman's tombstone. Previously, the stone lay near a wooden cross. It was said that it was miraculous. It was believed that if the stone was washed and the water was given to the sick person, the person would recover.
