Hiking

You have fantastic views of the Elbe and the Port of Hamburg from Finkenwerder. A great cycling and hiking route runs along here, and many excursion boats invite you for a harbor tour. Highly recommended and interesting at the same time 👍🏼.

The promenade along the Steendiek Canal leads to this vantage point, which offers excellent views of the Elbe. From here, pedestrians and cyclists can stroll along the Elbe to the Rüsch Canal (marina). Unfortunately, the path along the water is not suitable for skaters, as only a narrow strip is paved.
