The Amalfi Coast (or Costa d'Amalfi) is a stretch of the Tyrrhenian coast in the province of Salerno in Campania. Located to the east of the Sorrento peninsula, it overlooks the Gulf of Salerno and extends from Positano (bordering the metropolitan city of Naples) to Vietri sul Mare (bordering Salerno).
