Monte Calvo is located at 2,209 meters above sea level and just below, at 2,015 meters above sea level, there is an old malga in the Avio Valley. The top of the mountain is flat and devoid of woods, unlike the slopes covered with vegetation, hence the name. Whichever way you come here, the path opens onto this beautiful green meadow.
