Hiking

Grassl is the oldest gentian distillery in Germany. Since the beginning of the 17th century, it has had the sole right to dig for the protected gentian roots. Since then, it has been distilling its unique mountain specialties using traditional distilling techniques and in accordance with strict guidelines - from spicy to fine - matured in fine ash wood barrels.
